1.提摩太後書二章22節

你不要像少年人意氣用事；要跟那些心地純潔、祈求主幫助的人一同追求正義、信心、愛心，與和平。Shun youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.

2.哥林多前書十章13節

你們所遭遇的每一個試探無非是一般人所受得了的。上帝是信實的；他絕不讓你們遭遇到無力抵抗的試探。當試探來的時候，他會給你們力量，使你們擔當得起，替你們打開一條出路。
No testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.

一、轉移注意力於其他事上Refocus your attention on something else.

二、與敬虔的朋友或小組分享你的掙扎Reveal your struggle to a godly friend or support group.

三、要抵擋魔鬼Resist the Devil
